I do not work directly with insurance companies. All session fees are due at the time of service. If you have out-of-network benefits with your insurance, I can provide you with superbills for mental health counseling services that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I also work with a company called Thrizer, which can automatically submit superbills for reimbursement on your behalf.

You are responsible for understanding your insurance benefits. I do not offer refunds for any fees that are rejected or clawed back by insurance after services have been provided.
